Todd Stephens is a successful entrepreneur with over 23 years of experience in the medical device industry. After playing collegiate baseball at Indiana State University, he started his career with Stryker, a Fortune 500 company, before continuing as an area sales director for start-up spine implant companies. Todd is currently a manager at SurGenTec, where he actively manages the Midwest and East Coast regions.

Alongside his work in medical devices, Todd invested in and started the Titan Bat Company, which manufactures baseball bats and recently opened indoor batting cages to the community.

Throughout his career, Todd has remained passionate about sports and dedicated to helping people. He believes that his success as an entrepreneur and medical device professional is rooted in his commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and innovation. Today, he continues to inspire others through his entrepreneurial ventures and work in the medical device industry.

Trampas Young began his journey of faith over two decades ago when he accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior at a Christian rock concert. This moment transformed his life, guiding his professional and personal mission. With nearly 30 years of experience as a juvenile correctional professional in Indiana, Trampas has impacted countless lives, mentoring troubled youth and becoming a respected role model known affectionately as “Superman.”

Beyond his career, Trampas has shared his faith through youth ministry, life groups, and coaching youth sports. His passion for baseball and a conversation with his grandfather inspired him to start crafting wooden bats, which grew into Titan Bats. From its humble beginnings, Titan Bats has become a platform for sharing Trampas’ faith and providing high-quality bats to players while fostering personal growth both on and off the field.

Phil's career has been accelerated based on his ability to deliver solutions, build and coach teams, and create strategies that continually improve and expand company operations amidst rigid challenges. It is through this experience that he has developed exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal capabilities that allow Phil to lead teams to exceptional results while creating an environment of continual improvement for the client experience.

Sherard Clinkscales

Sherard Clinkscales is a respected sports executive and former professional athlete whose career spans collegiate athletics, Major League Baseball, and entrepreneurial leadership. As President of Titan Bats, he brings a legacy of strategic vision, talent development, and a deep respect for the game’s traditions.

A 1992 first-round draft pick of the Kansas City Royals (31st overall), Sherard began his journey in professional baseball with firsthand experience of elite competition. He later served as a scout for the Atlanta Braves and held a front office role with the Tampa Bay Rays, gaining a comprehensive view of player evaluation and organizational strategy. His coaching tenure at Notre Dame further sharpened his leadership skills and commitment to athlete development.

As Athletic Director at Indiana State University, Sherard led initiatives that elevated program standards and fostered a culture of excellence. Today, at Titan Bats, he channels his multifaceted experience into building a brand that honors the spirit of sport and inspires the next generation on and off the field.
